SmartDSR, operated as a sole proprietorship, provides software services that enable clients to process and track Data Subject Requests (DSRs). This Privacy Policy explains how SmartDSR handles information in connection with the use of its services.SmartDSR does not collect, process, or store personally identifiable information (PII) of end consumers on its own systems. All PII remains under the control and responsibility of the client organization using SmartDSR. SmartDSR only receives and processes technical or system-level data necessary for the functioning of the service, such as job status, audit logs, and confirmation messages from client systems.When a request status is marked as complete, this reflects that the client organization has confirmed completion of the relevant consumer request. SmartDSR relies entirely on client confirmations and does not independently verify the underlying fulfillment of consumer rights.SmartDSR may collect limited technical logs for operational monitoring, security, and troubleshooting. These logs are not used to identify individuals and are subject to standard retention and deletion practices.SmartDSR uses commercially reasonable security measures to protect its platform.
